Meal prepping with Chef Chrissy means preparing your meals ahead of time with better choices , healthier foods and unprocessed ingredients. This helps to ensure you eat healthier foods more often with the proper portions, instead of reaching for quick processed and prepackaged snacks or meals on the go!
Once Chef knows the total number of calories you should consume each day, she can calculate how many of them should come from proteins, carbohydrates, and fats
10-15% of all calories should come from proteins.
50-70% of all calories should come from carbohydrates.
20-35% of all calories should come from fats. In the case of this macronutrient, though, it is essential to monitor the type of fats you consume as well.
In this package I will be calculating your calorie intake for a full day then breaking calories down into the meals I provide for you. I will tell you a few secrets to a successful journey is to ;
* A minimum of 2 days is required prior to delivery date.
* an example of Cut off days are Saturday at 9am for Monday deliveries, and Monday at 9am for Wednesday deliveries.
